Hardwork is the Price of Admission

We get asked all the time, “What should I be doing to get better?” The answer to this question is as simple as it comes….SKILL DEVELOPMENT! The not so simple part of this answer is the physical, mental, and social sacrifice it takes to truly improve your game.

Skill development is the process of identifying your skill gaps, and developing and honing these skills. It is important because your skills determine your ability to execute your plans with success. Although some skills may need more attention than others, we are firm believers in developing the complete basketball player. Our drills challenge you in every aspect of the game and force you to get out of your comfort zone.

We stress to every athlete we work with, from second graders all the way up to professional athletes, IF YOU ARENT UNCOMFORTABLE THEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING HARD ENOUGH! In today’s world hard work is the absolute bare minimum requirement. There are millions of people who work hard. Simply working hard is not enough to make your team, it is not enough to get playing time, and it definitely is not enough to be the best.

YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO DO WHAT IS NOT REQUIRED. When practice is over are you the first person to leave the gym or the last? When your coach asks you to shoot 200 shots a day over the summer, do you shoot 200 or make 200? Will you do the 10 drills we gave you once and never look at them again, or are you ready to get serious about taking your game to the next level?

If you're ready to raise your game to the next level, we advise you sign-up for our weekly basketball content. Right off the bat you will recieve an email with 10 drills. You will continue to receive drills and tips from us as we work together to make you the best you can be but these are simply the foundation for your success. It is up to you make yourself uncomfortable, work harder than the next person, and go above and beyond what everyone else is willing to do.

Our challenge to you is to not just get through these drills to be able to say you did them. Our challenge to you is to GET FROM THESE DRILLS. Dedicate yourself to these drills and let’s begin this skill development journey together!
